Incrementally, as in find the highest current display order for that particular
record and increment by 1?
Right now I can set this to any number. So I can have:
Item Group A, Display Order 1
Item Group B, Display Order 44
In which case, if a Display Order is not explicitly set, the next one should be
Display Order 45?
