With bug 37419 and bug 37510 we should be able to make the UI display a more
meaningful message.
Work to be done:
* Add Koha::Exceptions::Object::FKConstraintDeletion handling to the API
controller
* Handle this API exception in the Vue component.
Questions:
* Should the exception handling be generic? Ad-hoc on this controller?
