I have a suggestion for a feature that I believe would be beneficial if
included in a future version of the software:
• Please consider adding the option to set multiple custom triggers for
overdue notices/status updates. Currently, the system allows for only 3
triggers, but expanding this to at least 10 would significantly enhance its
functionality.
Thank you for your continued efforts to improve this valuable software. I hope
my suggestion will be considered in future updates.
