If you delete a library code that is used in ILL requests, you just get the
standard message to confirm that you want to delete the library but no warning
that it is used in ILL requests. When you confirm the deletion the library
code and all the ILL requests are deleted.
You should get a warning that the library code is in use in ILL requests and
cannot be deleted
