In Cataloging - Export catalog data, if you choose the file format XML, the
default filename is "koha.xml". In Cataloging - Stage records for import, if
you upload a file named "koha.xml" the settings don't recognize that it's
MARCXML, and don't change the Format select menu from MARC to MARCXML, the way
they do if the file is named "koha.marcxml".
