When generating the RSS feed, opac-opensearch.tt escapes amperstamps in
query_cgi but not limits_cgi
Steps to reproduce :
1 - Go to advanced search in opac
2 - Make a research only on a selected item type (books for example)
3 - Click on the RSS button => the generated rss is invalid with amperstamp not
escaped (firefox will fail at displaying it)
