Somehow when picking the type ("Create new request" => "Type*") the type ends
up as the type attr of each <input> :o
<input class="form-control input-fluid" type="article" name="title" id="title"
value="">
It happens for all values of the <select> except DVD. Whose field have the old
style.
Because dvd.inc wasn't touched in these patches. So there is also that.
