Summary: Can't show customized Authorized values of WITHDRAWN

After setting customized Authorized values of WITHDRAWN and LOST, when using
Cataloging > Cataloging search, the search results will only show "Withdrawn"
or "Lost" instead of the customized values. Found out that in "addbooks.tt"
file (line 154 - 160), the "Withdrawn" and "Lost" values are hardcoded.
Noted that if search by "Search catalog" at the top toolbar, return results can
show the customized values.
To recreate:
1. Add new authorized value for WITHDRAWN in Administration > Authorized values
2. Search a book and set its "Withdrawn status" to the new authorized value
3. Search the book in Cataloging > Cataloging search
4. See the return results "Location" column, only show "Withdrawn" but not the
new authorized value, also no other other information
5. (Optional) Search "Search Catalog" at the top toolbar, see return results
"Location" column has the new authorized value and location info.
6. Repeat step 1 - 5 for LOST
