In the Introduction chapter, under Contributing to the manual
(https://koha-community.org/manual/latest/en/html/intro.html#contributing-to-the-manual)
there is a link to the gitlab project (OK) followed by "(see a summary here)".
The link under "here" is broken.
I'm not sure what it was meant to be, and anyway it is not recommended anymore
to have "here" links, so we should probably remove the whole section in
parentheses, leaving just the link to the gitlab project.
