Option to hide button
Some libraries would like the ability to hide the quick add new patron button
on the members-home.pl page. Right now, this can be easily be done with a line
of CSS in IntranetUserCSS, but it would be nice to have a choice on whether or
not the option displays. Rather than introducing a new system preference,
perhaps a toggle button could be added to the existing BorrowerMandatoryField
or PatronQuickAddFields system preference to determine whether or not the link
displays.
