Sometimes staff users at the desk forget to change the patron category of an
OPAC self-registered user and this can lead to some chaos later.
It would be nice if there was a warning/alert on saving these patrons if the
category hasn't been updated.
The alert should only be shown if PatronSelfRegistration is active and for the
patron category defined in PatronSelfRegistrationDefaultCategory.
