It would be handy to have an easy way to calculate user savings, similar to
what was done in Bug 31051, that was easy to access in a notice/slip/template.
We frequently have a request to add this to various notices/slips. This can
include:
-Today's savings
-Year to date, which can be both calendar year or last 365 days
-Lifetime savings
Maybe something in /Koha/Template/Plugin/ ?
