The is already bug #30898, concerning tests. But I have an issue after
upgrading to Debian bookworm and Koha 24.11 (from 21.11).
I get the following error:

Any pointers towards how to debug this further? This also seems to crash my
`/cgi-bin/koha/about.pl`?
