According to https://loc.gov/marc/bibliographic/bd007k.html the label for a
blank in 007/5 for Nonprojected Graphic should be "No secondary support".
Currently, it sais wrongly "No attempt to code".
koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/en/modules/cataloguing/value_builder/marc21_field_007.tt
should be corrected.
