Bug 38142, Follow-up: Choose language to report from authority to bibliographic
record.
- Rename LanguageToReportOnMerge system preference to LanguageToUseOnMerge
- Use "use" instead of "report" in system preference description
- Mark this feature as UNIMARC-only.
