This patch add role='status' to the message tag of the consent page (opac-patron-page) Test plan: 1. Enable the system preference: PrivacyPolicyConsent 2. Log in to a patron account. Go to the 'Consent' page, Change your consent twice. If you save Yes, the message should be: "Your consent was registered on 'date'" and if you save no: "We registered that you did not consent on 'date'".
