If a patron forgets their library card, it is common in our system for them to
present an ID, which staff will use to search for their account. Our staff have
shared feedback that in this situation, the preferred name feature can make it
harder to quickly identify the correct account when there are multiple
results, because they don't know if the display name will match the name on the
ID or not.
We should add a way to view the firstname on the patron search results page for
those situations where the firstname is needed to identify the correct account.
