When saving a record, it would be helpful if Koha would attempt to link
authority-controlled fields and then alert the user to any un-matched values in
authority-controlled fields. It would still allow the user to save if desired,
but would require confirmation. Sort of like what we do when you try to save a
record without a value in a field marked "Important."
