If you cancel a hold with a reason and hold history is active, then you can now
see the reason in the holds history table in the OPAC.
The only issue is: it shows in the wrong column.
In 24.11 the text showed in the "Requested item type" column when
AllowHoldItemTypeSelection is active and not at all otherwise.
