On the "Manage staged MARC records" page, the pagination controls are a
horizontal list of all of the pages. If one has so many batches that the list
of pages is longer than the window is wide, that list should wrap and form a
new row, rather than pushing off the side of the window.
I think this used to wrap before 24.11? Maybe the bootstrap update changed it?
For this to become obvious, one has to have *a lot* of batches. I used SQL to
just insert 1,000 rows in import_batches without actual staged files.
