When a library receives an interlibrary loan, it would be helpful if library
staff could print an interlibrary loan slip. The slip could be like a
HOLD_SLIP, but for interlibrary loans (e.g. ILL_SLIP?).
An interlibrary loan slip would make it easier and faster for staff to find
customers' interlibrary loans when they come to pick them up.
