If a patron uses the OPAC to update their personal details and then makes a
further change after saving their original change, the original changes are
lost.
To reproduce:
Log into the OPAC
Go to the patron details tab and make a change. Save the change
Go to the staff client and check that the changes are awaiting approval
(cgi-bin/koha/members/members-update.pl). Do not approve the change.
Go back to the OPAC and make a further change
Check in the staff client - only the second change will be listed for approval;
the original change has been lost.
