This was first found in the suggestions table in 24.11, but also seems to be
true for other non-API driven datatables so far.
To test:
- Add a suggestion with a title that contains umlauts or other diacritics.
Example: Ümläuts are great!
- Try to search the suggestion using the left hand title filter - it should
work.
- Try searching the suggestion using the datatable search filter on top of the
table.
- Verify the datatable search doesn't find the title.
