I've gotten some feedback from our selectors that it would be nice if the
vendor search pulled up the full vendor page when they searched for an exact
vendor name. Catalog search and patron search both have the ability to redirect
to the record when a single result is returned - it would make sense to add
this functionality to vendor search too!
