041$d is currently labelled as "Spoken language" in our XSLT templates.
It would be helpful to display the field as "Sung or spoken language" instead.
We have musical libraries where most of the cases it is actually "sung
language", so displaying only "spoken language" may be a bit misleading,
especially in OPAC.
