In patrons' checkout tables, the 'Renew' column has an 'On hold' link if a
checked-out item is on hold for someone else. However, if the checked-out item
becomes overdue, the 'On hold' link no longer appears. This means that staff
who are considering placing a renewal by override don't know that the item is
on hold for someone else, which could impact their decision to allow the
override.
