Add to a new list is blocked in modal
To replicate:
1. Create a cataloging report that returns the biblio numbers. Be sure the
report returns more than 20 results.
2. Click on Batch operations with 20 visible records.
3. Select Add to a list
Notice the pop-up modal lists the 20 titles, the option to select a list. Add
to a list is partially blocked by the Save and Cancel buttons. The modal cannot
scroll down enough to make the Add to a new list visible. It is possible to
click into the box, but you can't see what you are typing. Stretching the modal
box to be longer does not make a difference. See image attached.
