Bug 34109 implicates that when items are received from modal used in
orderreceive.pl their mandatory fields are validated when user hits Confirm
button. This doesn't seem to be working anymore or maybe it has never worked,
code points at div with id "itemblock" but there is no such a div in
orderreceive.tt file. Whole validation seems kind of pointless, since this
modal doesn't even use form which could be validated with function
CheckMandatorySubfields.
Has this feature worked at some point and is now broken? Or is the code
invalid?
