When a member has guarantees and the guarantees have charges/fines, the link
"See all charges." in the guarantor details does not work.
It should activate the "Guarantees’ charges" tab and display the guarantee’s
charges.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Find or create a patron with the 'Kid' category.
2. Add a guarantor for this patron.
3. Go to Accounting and create a manual invoice without paying it.
4. Open the guarantor details page.
5. Click on "See all charges."
==> it does nothing.
