I think this is problematic.  If it is not meant to show the answer, then it
should not show in the list of borrower attributes in the patron account.  I
think if the Self-renewal verification check is checked, it should exclude it
from being shown with the other attributes.  Otherwise, I think this could
cause problems down the road.  Again, this could lead to problems down the
road, especially with reports and other borrower field requirements/exclusions. 

This setting also does not specify that this attribute does not record input,
nor does it specify that this is a yes/no question, nor does it specify what
the result of either answer will do.  It is extremely vague on the surface.

I think that this setting should also disable all other settings that can't
apply if this setting is checked.
