I can set settings for issues-table in columns_settings.pl, but there is no
table configuration for the issues table in the details page for borrowers.
The table on moremember.pl is configurable, but it is missing some column
configurations that are on the checkout (circulation.pl) page. For example, I
can turn off the checkin column on circulation.pl, but not on moremember.pl.
