Steps to reproduce.
1 - Go to /cgi-bin/koha/members/moremember.pl?borrowernumber=37 and make sure
it is a Kid without guarantor.
2 - Enable ChildNeedsGuarantor
3 - Run ./misc/cronjobs/cleanup_database.pl -v --confirm
