- Circulation > Recalls queue: Don't show "The following recalls could be
fulfilled by available items." when there are no recalls, but just the blue
alert like on the other pages.
- Circulation > Old recalls: is the only page where the "no recalls" alert has
a white background.
- Patron account > Recalls history: also has the white background
