This seems to be an oldish problem (it goes back to at least 25.05) but I only
just noticed it. When you have multiple patron results in a patron search for a
hold, the table rows alternate grey and white, and when you hover over the
lines, only the white ones are highlighted in yellow. It kind of looks like the
grey rows are disabled.
To recreate :
1. Go to a bibliographic record (for example
http://localhost:8081/cgi-bin/koha/catalogue/detail.pl?biblionumber=35)
2. Click Place hold
3. Click Search with an empty search box to search for all patrons
4. Hover over the list of patrons
--> Only the white rows are highlighted in yellow
