To recreate:
1. SelfCheckoutByLogin set to 'Username and password'
2. In KTD, go to http://localhost:8080/cgi-bin/koha/sco/sco-main.pl
3. Log in
4. Now go back to the regular OPAC at http://localhost:8080/
5. You'll be asked to login, use the same credentials you did in step 3
6. 403 error, if you check the logs:
[WARN] Programming error - No CSRF token passed for POST
http://localhost:8080/opac/opac-main.pl (referer: http://localhost:8080/) at
/kohadevbox/koha/Koha/Middleware/CSRF.pm line 107.
