When ShowPatronFirstnameIfDifferentThanPreferredname is set to show it works on
tables using the column name-address but not on tables displaying the column
name:
to recreate:
a) set a preferred patrons name. It must be different to the first name: f.e.
/cgi-bin/koha/members/memberentry.pl?op=edit_form&destination=circ&borrowernumber=19
b) /cgi-bin/koha/members/members-home.pl?firstletter=A
here the first name and preferred name are shown
c) /cgi-bin/koha/reserve/request.pl?# Browse by last name: A
her only the preferred name is shown
