APPLY PATCH, restart_all, yarn build 2. Have a superlibrarian, staff user with place_holds permission, and staff user without place_holds permission 3. Have at least 1 hold, note the expiration date and the hold ID. 4. Use your favorite API tool to make a request o update the hold expiration date. 5. Make the request as superlibrarian, staff user with place_holds permission, and staff user without place_holds permission. It should work for the superlibrarian and the staff user with place_holds permission. The expiration date should be updated. 6. The staff user without place_holds permission should get something like: Authorization failure.
