Test plan: 1. Log in to the staff interface 2. Set the LocalCoverImages system preference to "Show" 3. Search the catalogue, open a record that has a local cover image attached, and add it to a new list (More > Lists > New list) 4. Open the list => No "Cover" column/image is shown 5. Apply the patch and reload the list => A "Cover" column now shows the local cover image 6. Set LocalCoverImages to "Don't show", set CustomCoverImages to "Show" and CustomCoverImagesURL to, e.g. https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/3/3a/Cat03.jpg/481px-Cat03.jpg 7. Reload the list => The custom cover image is now shown in the "Cover" column instead 8.
