Staff-only AVs still render fine, but aligning lib_opac matches the pattern used by other system AVs and keeps the admin AV editor from showing an empty OPAC label column when the category is inspected. The category itself is already flagged is_system=1 so it cannot be deleted from the UI. Test plan: 1) Drop the BATCH_CHECKIN_DEFAULTS rows, rerun the atomicupdate, and verify the lib_opac column is populated.
