When checking in a number of items from a drop box, you may come acroos a
selection of books, all damaged. This can be if a customer had a problem, or if
the box had a problem (food in the drop box, sad) It would be helpful to have a
checkbox and a dropdown to choose and set a damaged status while checking the
items int would be helpful when checking in an item that is visibly damaged, to
make it damaged from the check-in screen. Perhaps the item is water damaged,
has bed bugs or just past the point of circulating to the next patron, this
enhancement would be beneficial for front line staff to quickly mark an item
damaged upon return.
