Is the 264 field already taken into account when generating coins in Koha ? If so, it would be worth verifying that the logic is similar. There can be multiple 214 fields (like the 264 field in MARC21)— one for the publisher, one for the distributor, one for the printer, and so on. The second indicator provides this distinction. As a result, there may be multiple $d values.
