Give a patron with a waiting hold a preferred name that differs from the first name 2. Go to Circulation > Holds awaiting pickup 3. Without this patch the patron column shows the first name; with it the preferred name, as before the conversion to the API 4. Search for the preferred name; the hold is found 5.
