In the 155 update to Chrome, support for text-decoration-skip-spaces was added.
This impacts the fields in the advanced cataloging editor that use the class
fixed-collapsed. If a field doesn't have one of the options chosen, it no
longer shows the underline that makes it easy to tell if it is clickable.
This could be fixed by adding text-decoration-skip-spaces:none; to the
cateditor stylesheet.
