Test plan (for the whole feature): 1. Apply the patches of bugs 43794 and 43795 first, then the patches of this bug 2. yarn build; restart_all 3. prove t/db_dependent/api/v1/import_batch_profiles.t 4. As a superlibrarian, open the Cataloging home page: confirm "Import profiles" appears in the Import group, and click it 5. Add a profile, filling all fields; confirm it is listed showing the matching rule and modification template names 6. Edit the profile and confirm the changes are saved 7. Duplicate the profile: the form opens pre-filled with the name "Copy of ..."; save it 8. Delete one profile: the confirmation notes that already staged batches are unaffected 9. Confirm Tools > Stage MARC records for import still offers the profiles 10.
