Test plan: 1. Apply the patch. 2. Go to /cgi-bin/koha/admin/preferences.pl?tab=circulation 3. Notice a NOTE under each group, stating that the setting is not used by misc/cronjobs/process_circulation_triggers.pl: - DefaultLongOverdueLostValue and DefaultLongOverdueDays - DefaultLongOverdueChargeValue - DefaultLongOverduePatronCategories and DefaultLongOverdueSkipPatronCategories - DefaultLongOverdueSkipLostStatuses 4. Search for MarkLostItemsAsReturned, and notice a NOTE stating that the 'cronjob' option covers longoverdue.pl only, and that every other option is unaffected. 5. Search for WhenLost, and notice a NOTE under both WhenLostForgiveFine and WhenLostChargeReplacementFee, stating they are not used by process_circulation_triggers.pl but still apply wherever else an item is marked lost. 6. Click 'circulation triggers' in any of the notes, and notice it opens Administration > Circulation triggers. 7.
