When you do an item search and click on a link to a specific item, the link
takes you to the correct item on the details page, but it loads the details for
all items on the biblio record. This may increase the page load time, and means
it is easy to lose track of which item you wanted to look at if you
accidentally scroll up or down on the page.
The same issue can occur when clicking on an itemnumber in the action log
viewer.
Finally, the "Edit item" link on the item details page should jump directly to
the form instead of linking to the top of the page.
