One behaviour change to note for point 4: a booking now ends on the date a checkout on its start date would be due (S+3 for issuelength 3), matching place_booking.js and what checking out a booking applies. The OPAC adapter is now a full stub until an OPAC follow-up bug (which I'd like to propose) adds the public endpoints. While verifying, I also fixed an intermittent integration failure where closing the modal during its fade-in left it open. Verified in ktd with types:check, koha-qa, the Perl tests and the Cypress component and booking integration specs.
