Translations could break the JSON and so break DT. This patch moves labels into individual t() calls. Test plan: 1. Install the Hindi (hi) language (koha-translate --install hi --dev kohadev). 2. Enable Hindi in StaffInterfaceLanguages. 3. Create a new list with the Staff UI in any language. 4. Switch to Hindi. 5.
