Title and author are moved to the first and second positions, and these columns are added: item number, call number, not for loan, lost, withdrawn, damaged, inventory number, date accessioned, number of checkouts, and last checkout date. I tried to add publication year and publisher but while the information displayed correctly it didn't work to sort using those columns. I also made a minor change to the Vue dialog CSS to ensure that Font Awesome icons inside buttons have proper spacing around them.
