When searching in a patron's circulation history, searches containing accented
characters (diacritics) return no results, even when matching records exist.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a bibliographic record with the title L'épreuve.
2. Add at least one item to the record and note its barcode.
3. Find a patron.
4. Check out the item to the patron, then check it in.
5. Repeat step 4 several times.
6. Open the patron's account.
7. Go to Circulation history.
8. In the search box, search for épreuve.
==> There is no result
